Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. A full charge will be made if you do not cancel in time.

If you are late for your appointment please contact the clinic immediately as we will endeavour to meet your requirements. If we are unable to be flexible with your late appointment, i.e due to clinic space being unavailable or diary inflexibility, you will be told this and the time will be deducted from your session.

If you are late and there is not enough time to fulfil all the requirements of your appointment then your appointment will be cancelled. If your reasons for being late are not explained or there is a lack of communication regarding the late appearance for your appointment then it will be cancelled.

If you need to reschedule your appointment for the same day please contact the clinic immediately. We again will endeavour to be flexible with your requirements, however if we are unable to do so you will be told this and a late cancellation full charge will be made for this missed appointment.

If you have a valid reason for having to cancel your appointment please contact the clinic directly. Late cancellations and the application of appropriate charges to your account are at the discretion of the clinic manager.
